This email is sent approximately three (3) months after your award quarter ended. Record of your Award This award is posted on your official transcript, which you can order online. It also appears on your unofficial transcript under the Student Registration tile. Near the top, look for the “Cleared for Graduation” row that includes an award date (called the "Degree Date" which applies to both degrees and certificates), and below this date your major (“Program”). If you have applied for another degree or certificate, please be patient waiting for your notification. Degrees and Certificates are processed at different times.
